Coaching is an essential leadership skill that helps managers support employee development, improve performance, and strengthen workplace relationships. Identify and describe the key steps in an effective coaching process after reviewing GROW framework, as demonstrated using an example coaching conversation, with 100% accuracy on a knowledge check quiz

Display an understanding of active listening, open-ended questioning and constructive feedback techniques during a coaching conversation while correctly applying at least one communication technique introduced during the module.

When prompted, correctly define and explain the significance of at least two strategies for implementing coaching in the workplace at 100% accuracy
